My aim is to create the space for individuals to discover aspirations and to set and achieve goals, to encourage people to dare to do what they dream of doing. This can be as simple as having a better lifestyle to completely overhauling their life.

What we do

One Life will assess what it is you need to change and support you step by step to get there. We use a mindful wellness approach to help you help yourself. We will gently uncover the obstacles in your life that might be getting in the way and will work with you to look at all areas in your life; diet, exercise, relationships, work life balance - everything that contributes to your well-being - and find a way to put things into balance again.

One Life has years of experience in dealing with people with issues in mental health. This has provided an extensive knowledge of assessment and treatment of mental health and illness and the application of positive psychology skills, techniques and coaching to assist people to reach their potential and beyond.
