The Mini-Book for Nurses - Digital Edition

$5.00

Being a nurse is challenging and hard work. And as much as it is rewarding - It’s also exhausting - emotionally, mentally and physically.

This simple ten page booklet has been designed to help you. It provides some time out techniques and tools to improve your mental resilience, help you de-stress and also enhance your general sense of life satisfaction.

This has been divided into two parts. One with exercises to use while you are at work - which are simple and easy to implement and only take a few moments (or even seconds!) to apply - and the other to use when you are not at work - either at the beginning or the end of your day to support overall resilience, recovery and improvement of life outside of work.

You can download it to your phone, print out the whole booklet, or print out pages and have them around your office / workspace environment to remind you of what you can do to ‘take a moment of time-out’.

These tools have been shown in research to support mood and well-being. And even though they won’t fix all the problems you face on a day to day basis as a nurse, they may just help you get through a challenging day, help to let go of the day once it’s finished and support you to live your best life when you’re off duty!

For a limited time it’s reduced to $3.

The hard copy of this book should be out by Christmas 2021!
